Q: Please briefly introduce yourselves and @rage_fan to our community?
A: Satheesh Ananth : I am Satheesh, a tech industry veteran with the last 4 years in blockchain and crypto. Experienced with international markets, large program management and system integration experience and essentially have seen products through complete life cycles. Sport has been close to my heart always and this is a way for me to give back to the community what a Sports community can really achieve together.
Vivek Kumar : My name is Vivek Kumar and am currently leading marketing here at Rage.Fan. I come from a business background and am an MBA graduate. I have been working for last 7 years and my work experience ranges across Strategy, Consulting, Marketing, and Program Management. In past I have worked with some of the large MNCs and consulting firms.
About Rage.Fan : So, built on blockchain, Rage.Fan is an on-chain fantasy sports and quizzing platform, where sports fans can use their skills, knowledge and situational awareness to earn rewards. All you have to do is, pick a sport, create teams, join contests, win and get rewarded. Additionally, take part in several quizzing contests before, during and after the contest.
We are masking all the technical aspects of blockchain for common users and in turn aiming to provide a simplified and seamless user experience. In essence we are trying to bring a mainstream, centralized platform for the first time to a completely decentralized experience.
To make all this happen we are introducing $RAGE, a Rage.Fan native token. It serves the dual purpose of game play and governance and comes with several utilities viz. as a game currency; for staking, governance, play mining, referral mining, AR token mining, and social media mining.
Q: One of the factors that make the platform appealing to many users is its special features. So, what are the outstanding features and advantages of RAGE to attract users and investors?
A: $RAGE comes with several features in the form of:
— Core utilities: Game currency, Governance
— Innovative utilities: AR token mining
— Value added benefits: Referral mining, staking, yield farming, play mining and social media mining

Q: Centralized fantasy sports platforms allow little or no fan voice in platform operations. How does Rage Fan provide balance in the power structure and allow platform operators to have full control of decision-making?
A: Rage.Fan operates as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), whereby rules and gameplay are transparent and encoded in smart contracts on-chain.
The owners of $RAGE have voting rights equivalent to the ratio of $RAGE they hold to the total supply of tokens. It gives holders a voice in shaping the future of a protocol, influencing everything from how a project functions and its features to its economic model and the very governance system itself. In addition to voting, holders can put forth proposals for votes.
Through self-governance, fans decide on critical parameters such as the percent of the reward pool paid out, prize for each rank, participation fees, and so on.
Fans have many avenues to increase their token wealth and voting power, and thus their control over all the factors that contribute to their sports teams’ success increases.

Q: Asia, Africa, Indonesia are Non-English speaking communities, how will Rage Fan create more awareness to more local communities like this who can’t speak and understand English well?
A: Good question!
We are very well cognizant of this fact and therefore we have a very planned approach for this.
So we have:

— Local community development

Q: What is specific about RAGE FAN’s technology and products that you believe will succeed? How revenue does RAGE FAN generate also what plans do you have to attract more users in the near future?
A: It’s secure, transparent, decentralized, scalable and fan driven which in turn translates to greater trust, higher engagement, low cost model and higher reward payout.
From a product perspective, the platform attempts to take fantasy sports to a different experience. Game coverage will be huge — standard sports, then e-sports, and RPG mobile games.
A lot of never been features will be introduced. Later we will be introducing NFTs also. From a user experience perspective, we are masking all the technicalities therefore aiming for simplified and seamless user experience.

Q: Where does the project name come from? What does it mean for you and why did you choose that name for your project?
A: The word “Rage” reflects passion and we wanted to associate it with fans because that’s the core of everything we are doing and that’s how Rage.Fan was born!

Q: What is the role of the community in the governance of your crypto ecosystem in order to be able to call it community-driven? Which members of the community can participate in the decision-making?
A: There are 2 aspects to governance as we see them — one is around the platform and it’s use as users and the other is around the commercial / financial aspect. We expect to address both of these in a very unique manner as we evolve into crypto & a potentially fiat-based play system as well. Q: As a community-based project, how can I donate my quota for your success? Do you have a Global Ambassador Program or a Referral Rewards System?
A: We will also be launching a promoter/ambassador program to enable key followers and contributors to the community benefit and participate in the success of the platform. We will be announcing about it soon.
Q: Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to your project because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world. What are the plans to increase awareness around your in non-crypto space?
A: There are a number of plans to enable the non-crypto folks to appreciate what a blockchain system can really mean for them. Our measure of success at the end of the day as a platform will be this transition / evangelization of blockchain and crypto to create value.
Q: So far, what major achievements has Your Project achieved? What difficulties and risks did you encounter in the process of project implementation, and what factors prompted you to overcome the difficulties?
A: We have been able to do 3 things very successfully:
1. Build a team that has excellent reputation and experience in the market and how to build a long term product. Not everything or every project should be next quarter focused.
2. Technology Build out — We are building out some unique technology solution to address potential play volume challenges as we get into decentralizing a very centralized product & offering today.
3. Excellent Advisors — We have built a team of excellent and long term tied at the hip model for advisors that is ever found in the ecosystem. This is going to be of immense value for both the trading community and the playing community as we continue to grow.
We have worked diligently on addressing short coming both in terms of pockets of knowledge and control and we believe we will continue to overcome issues and help take a wonderful product to the market.
Q: Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?
A: Specific rights will be communicated and will continue to expand as governance processes kick in. Overall and long term we expect almost all major decisions to be those of the community.
Q: Does you have support staking? What are the requirements to participate in the staking?

Q: How was the idea to create this project born? It is very interesting. What do you want to prove? What are your expectations?
A: We don’t want to prove anything!
It’s all about solving an existing problem using innovative solutions and trying to create value for everyone.
About how idea was born we have talked already. The expectation is hopefully everyone likes it!
Q: What is the most ambitious goal of the project? I would appreciate it if you could share with us any upcoming updates? What should the community look for?
A: The most ambitious goal of the project is to bring in league NFTs onto the platform in a seamless manner. If we can get that done, we will be miles ahead of anyone in terms of player experience that we could bring to the table.
Q: Your project looks good but it confuses me that there are so many other good Blockchain project. Why should I pay attention in your project to give it the importance it deserves? What is your planning to achieve with your project?
A: Confuses with? I doubt there is hardly any project that brings fantasy sports and blockchain together. We are trying to do something really very innovative. We have laid out everything from team details to plans in our website —
